I chose this hotel for attending a town hall meeting due to the convenience of having microwaves and irons/ironing boards in the room. the 24-hour staffing was beneficial for my late check-in, ensuring a smooth process during my stay.

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of a reliable and fast internet connection, which hindered my ability to efficiently communicate and conduct business tasks.

The hotel was in a central location in the middle of jackson. Diner Molly's Cafe located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

The venue was clean. the employees were friendly and courteous. the room was spacious. We had an air conditioner and a king-size bed. Great central location close to downtown and the NOS event center.

overall a good experience, 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. the venue is fairly clean, with very very helpful personal, and offers peaceful and comfortable location adjacent to a festival, many restaurants, and nos event center.

I really enjoyed my brand-new room. the venue is conveniently located near the event center, a festival, and other attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

The staff here were super nice, the rooms were big and had a comfy sofa bed, plus an air conditioner to keep you cool 😊.
